Big Apple Hard Ciders are small-batch ciders made with 100% New York State apples. Naturally gluten free. All of our ciders are inspired by the neighborhoods in and around New York City and the people who live here.
Big Apple Hard Cider Brooklyn:
Gluten-free, and made with 100% New York State apples, Brooklyn is a smooth fruit forward medium-dry cider with just a touch of sweetness. Caramel in color with notes of citrus, apricot & peach, this refreshing cider finishes with hints of vanilla and cinnamon on the palate. Inspired by an artist, poet and true American hero we proudly call our friend, this brew brings out the spice of Puerto Rico with the bite of Bed-Stuy. Brooklyn is the perfect blend of sweet, tart, crisp, tangy, smooth, and refreshing. Available in limited release on draft in select bars within New York City’s five boroughs.
Big Apple Hard Cider Upper East Cider:
We’ve partnered with three Brooklyn distilleries to create 10 distinct limited edition ciders. Aged in local whiskey casks for 6+ months, these brews are infused with caramel and toasted oak with a hint of smoke. Specific vintages include finishes of cognac, maple syrup, rye and peat; just to name a few. Available in limited release exclusively at Zabar’s Eli’s Night Shift on the Upper East Side.
We are very proud to partner with the following Brooklyn distilleries:
Big Apple Hard Cider SoHo Cider:
Last year we attended the #genLove harvest event where the theme “Give up to Give Back” asked millennials to give up one little thing (daily Starbucks/ taxi ride/ manicure) to give back to the community. We thought “What if by ordering a round of drinks you could help deliver a meal to a New Yorker in need?” We’d drink to that!
Gods love We Deliver is an incredibly noble organization, full of generosity, love and flavor. We created this beautifully balanced Sour Cherry Cider, we call SoHo, with the organization in mind and proceeds going directly to God’s Love.
If you’d like to buy a round for a good cause, Big Apple Hard Cider Soho is exclusively available at the Ear Inn, or you can donate directly by clicking here.
